Sail plan service platform optimising ship navigation at sea
E-NAV enables multi-objective optimisation of fuel consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, ETA, and ship safety/structural stress.
E-NAV enables multi-objective optimisation of fuel consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, ETA, and ship safety/structural stress.
E-NAV includes a training module with simulators and online gamification tools to teach navigators on the best-use of EO data for navigation.
Real time data feeds received from meteorological, coastal, sea state, vessel and Earth Observation data archived in Copernicus.
E-Nav is a radically new product that enables a leap in maritime operations efficiency. Several sail plan platforms are already on the market, but none have the data richness, predictive accuracy, or flexibility on a global scale as E-NAV. Current products use single algorithms to perform a single objective sail plan optimisation. E-NAV enables multi-objective optimisation of fuel consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, ETA, and ship safety/structural stress.
From real time data feeds received from meteorological, coastal, sea state, vessel and Earth Observation data archived in Copernicus, E-NAV will compute and transmit optimised sail plans to fleet managers and navigators. It will reduce fuel consumption, minimise hull fatigue, sail time, and reduce CO2 emissions. E-NAV will also include a training module with online gamification tools to teach navigators.
